    This roundtable discussion will examine the relationship between Honors College staff and students and in particular the development of positive relationships between staff and students to foster academic success, good character, and participation. Examples of the meaningful interactions between Honors College students and staff at Purdue Northwest will be supplied. Students and faculty will be requested to speak on their experiences in their Honors College and discuss what traits and practices are present in a supportive environment and staff members. Students will also be invited to furnish ideas on how to facilitate more frequent and beneficial relationships and interactions between staff and students on their campuses.
